Job Description

Attends the telephone calls and transfer them to the concerned departments.
Connecting the outgoing calls to the concerned persons.
Maintains of courier / Reg post / Speed Post/ Ordinary Post and updates on daily basis.
Checking the bills of all the above said Dispatches and sending the same to the account department to release the payment.
Booking the Hotel's for the staff members and guest
Booking the cab / bus and train for our staff members and guest.
Taking care of the Centrex payment / New connections / Service related problem for all the three divisions Factory / Corporate office.
Taking care of Consol AMC Payments and there required equipments With Pioneer Telecom
Taking care of Mobile's i.e. Hutch / Airtel / Tata / Cell one / Idea etc for payments/ activation of new connections / disconnections / Features activations / Duplicate sim cards requirements etc for Corporate / Factory.
Maintain the detail data of all the above mobiles and land lines in the system.
Maintain the condo nation and permission statement for all the three divisions and forwarding the same to the concern.
Sending Phonogram to the interview candidates as well as for greetings.

Desired Candidate Profile

To manage the front office area ,greet and direct all visitors as required.

Handling EPABX board, Quickly, efficiently and direct all calls to their destination.

Attending / Receiving visitors, guests & walk-in clients.

Handling client/customer/dealer queries and passing the same information to service/Mktg / Commercial dept.
