The Home At Last program is designed to help seniors and special needs patients make the transition from hospital to home safely, smoothly and comfortably. DRIVER Permanent Part-time, guaranteed 15 hours per week between core hours of 10am to 2pm, Monday to Friday Requirements: . Provide safe transportation of clients within York Region and surrounding area . Hold valid Ontario Driver's License, with satisfactory driving record . Must have reliable vehicle capable of carrying 3 people (or 2 plus a walker) . Must be over 25 years of age per insurance requirements . Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills . Understand and use excellent transferring techniques with clients, an asset .
