Overall Obligation:
The Brands Controller is someone who is aligned with the business process & oriented towards business success by positively influencing decisions. He has to achieve financial transparency & implement controlling tools / instruments. He has to build customer-oriented structures by acting as an internal consultant / project designer.

Detailed Responsibilities (non-inclusive):
1)Intensive collaboration with the Marketing and Sales team
2)Developing MIS and Reporting thereon on a correct & timely basis
3)Drive Planning process across the functions aiding the preparation of Budgets
4)Budgetary & Variance Monitoring, Analysis & reporting
5)Brands Controlling including sale price fixation, marketing spends control & efficiency, introduction / dropping of product, etc.
6)Sales Controlling including receivable management, price & condition management, monitoring of distributor & consumer schemes, etc.
7)Ratio Analysis
8)Scenario building & pro actively making recommendations for improving profitability
Desired Candidate Profile
Required:
PC Know-how: excellent MS-Office skills (especially advanced knowledge of excel), quick grasp of accounting-software
Experience with SAP is a plus, but not necessary
Languages: excellent command of spoken and written English
Chartered Accountant/ MBA Finance with at least 1 3 years of experience in MIS/Business Support/Planning functions of Finance
Candidate with MBA or PGDBA,PGDBM qualification should have a specialization in FINANCE stream.
