Job Description

Core Functions:

  • Oversight and control of regular transactions(receipts/ payments/ sales/ payroll/ expenses etc.)
  • Periodic MIS reports
  • Finalization of Accounts & Audit
  • Secretarial work relating to Trusts/ Trusteeship Company including Trustees/ Contributors/ Board/ Advisory Board meetings. Compliance with various statutory formalities applicable to the Trusts
  • Direct Tax-Annual Tax Return, Assessments/ Appeals, Compliance with Advance Tax/ TDS & other provisions, Tax Planning, FBT
  • Service Tax- Tax Planning & Compliance
  • Cash Flow/ Treasury management

Other Functions:

  • Advise to Operating teamms on Accounting & Taxation aspects of Individual projects in response to queries.
  • Company Formation/ secretarial support in respect of SPV's promoted by the Trusts & initial support to the SPV's
  • Admin, Function

Desired Candidate Profile

1.       C.A /I.C.W.A and C.S

2.       Experience of 4-8 years in Finance/Accounting/Secretarial areas in large/mid sized corporate/ NGO

3.       Good Communication and inter-personal skills.

IDFC (Infrastructure Development Finance Company Ltd.) is a leading institution specializing in the development and financing of infrastructure. I-CAP will be IDFC's primary vehicle for capacity building and for planning and executing projects in various infrastructure sectors across State and Central agencies/ departments. I-CAP will provide a unique interface to bridge the 'capacity gap' in developing Public-Private partnerships in infrastructure in the country.
