We are currently looking for an Account Manager who has a passion for our business, with specific experience in contract and permanent placement in the staffing industry.

As a member of our team you will be responsible for building/maintaining relationships with hiring managers and ensuring that their request for personnel is met.

Qualifications:

Marketing or Business Administration Graduate 5 years of experience selling in a service industry

Previous experience cold calling and developing business from solid leads provided

Ability to provide formal presentations and RFQ's

Team player, well organized and goal oriented

Responsibilities:

Able to promote contract and staff placement services of technical personnel

Manage sales activity to maximize time spent speaking with various hiring powers

Work closely with the Operations Manager to follow up on provided leads and cold calling targets

Establish and implement a marketing program - by way of phone and client visits - to effect sales of services and to broaden customer base

Receive and qualify client orders for staffing needs

Determine potential volumes, decision makers, changes in buyers or requirements of clients

Ensure quality control, customer satisfaction and assurance of all services

Prompt and appropriate resolution of concerns/problems/complaints of clients and candidates

Maintain the results of client/candidate communication on our in-house database
