Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control distribution in fulfillment of service level promises to customer
• Maintain company fleet vehicles and equipment including all material utilized in execution of distribution of work
• Ensures timely distribution of reports from drivers
• Ensures all documents are properly accomplished
• Monitor control distribution expenses but not limited to fuel charges and overtime
• Monitor delivery helper and service provider performance using key performance metrics and provide training when applicable.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor degree from a reputable school
• At least 3 years of related work experience
• With strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Able to interact effectively with all levels in the organization
• With good communication skills both in verbal and written
• Can create training to college and undergraduate personnel
