Wooden Bakery is now recruiting for the following positions for its operation in Riyadh


PURCHASING MANAGER


Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 5 years experience in procurement with a mm. of 3 years as Purchasing Manager preferably in FMCG company.
- Decision maker with excellent negotiation and communication skills.


2) Maintenance Manager:

- Degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
- 5 years experience in a food production facility


3) IT Manager:

- Degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7 years experience in information Technology with a minimum of 3 years in a management position.



4) Production Manager I Assistant Production Manager

- A degree in food technology/nutrition (MBA is a plus).
- 10 years of increasing management responsibility in a manufacturing environment is required. Food industry experience is preferred.



MASTER BAKER (FRENCH BAKERY ) / ASSISTANT MASTER BAKER ( FRENCH BAKERY)


- Graduate of a known culinary school (Baking specialty).
- 5 years experience as head baker in an industrial baking facility.


6. EXECUTIVE PASTRY CHEF


- Graduate of a known culinary school.
- 7 years experience directly related to the specified position with a mm. of 2 years as an Executive Pastry Chef.
- Knowledge of all types of pastry products preparation and presentation methods, techniques, and quality standards.


7. PASTRY CHEF / PASTRY SOUS CHEFS

- Graduate of a known culinary school.
- Prepares a variety of pastry and baked products.

Applicants should have:

- Knowledge of HACCP & GMP’s.
- Strong leadership skills, team builder, motivator, ability to prioritize, decision maker, good communications, and administrative skills.
- Good command of the English language.



FOLLOWINGS ARE FOR OUTLET OPERATION


8) Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager / Restaurant Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager:

- Degree in Hospitality or BA. - 5 years experience preferably in F&B operations.


9) Kitchen Chef / Kitchen Sous Chef:


- Graduate of a known culinary school. - 5 years experience as Kitchen Chef / Kitchen Sous Chef.


10) Cheese & Deli Supervisor:


- 5 years experience as Deli Supervisor in a supermarket chain.
- Excellent Knowledge of major Cheese & Deli products available in the local market. –


Applicants should have:

- Knowledge of HACCP & GMP’s.
- Basic Knowledge of Food Safety & Sanitation.
- Strong leadership skills, ability to train, motivate, supervise and lead people.
- Strong communication skills.
