Ameresco currently seeks a self-motivated Accounting Assistant to join our fast-paced Finance group based in Framingham, Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, open, route, and process daily mail and documents
  • Input accounting invoice data into accounting computer system
  • Sort, file, copy, scan, fax and process documents according to procedure
  • Assist with telephone and email inquiries regarding payment processing
  • Create, establish, and maintain filing procedures
  • Other duties and projects as required.
    • Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent with prior office experience
  • Ability to alphabetically and numerically sort, file, and process documents
  • Strong data entry skills with demonstrated accuracy and proficiency
  • Some experience with accounts payable accounting software desirable
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel skills
  • Solid verbal, written, telephone, and computer communication skills
  • Dependable, detail-oriented team player focused on customer satisfaction
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
