Responsibilities:

• Shall directly handle and process store orders (regular or special order transactions) as per set parameters and its related activities. Shall also attend to customer's inquiries and complaints.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, Communication Skills.
• Required language(s): English, Filipino
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Marikina City.
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
