Job Description/ Responsibilities |
DESIGANATION : SALES MANAGER Responsbility: SALES Employment Status: Permanent Job Location ; Dubai Experience : 5 - 10 Yrs JOB RESPONSBILTY: Responsible for managing the sales activities of a team of account executives, account managers, presales and administrators. *Responsible for maintaining/building an efficient sales operation (including hiring and qualifying new staff) *Responsible for insuring a good level of quality control on the teams Proposals/Quotes. *Responsible insuring the health of current projects from a supplier and financial perspective. 4*To provide consultation on marketing and strategic planning projects Responsible for developing an accurate forecast @ Monthly forecast commitment @ Quarterly forecast commitment @ Annual Funnel Responsible for maintaining/building an efficient sales operation (including hiring and qualifying new staff) @ Staffing all positions in the org chart with efficient staff @ Helping current staff with advice based on at least 4 years of sales management experience |
