This summer internship will be in the Vendor Management Office (VMO) and be responsible for reading technology contracts, culling appropriate information from the contract and entering the data into a contract database; will also assist in drafting contracts and participate in negotiation meetings.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently enrolled in law school or business program having completed courses in contract law (undergrads must be junior or senior status)
- Understanding of the basic tenets of a contract, with the ability to apply them
- Quick learner
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills, able to ask the right questions
- Comfortable with conflict and negotiations
