Responsibilities:

Provide support to the HR Manager with responsibilities covering Q Lifestyle (i.e. QVI, Prana, AWC); QuestNet and GITA such as:

  1. Assist in consolidating and tracking all employees’ attendance record and weekly & monthly review with HRM;
  2. Assist in updating all leave records to ensure proper documentation;
  3. Assist in handing over procedures for new and resigned employees;
  4. Coordinate with appointed insurance agent in regard to employees' travel insurance; dental and medical insurance claims; updating of confirmed and resigned employees to the insurance policies;
  5. Assist in preparing documentation for new employees' orientation; Introduction of new recruit to colleagues whenever it is required;
  6. Assist in coordinating the timeline and consolidation of Performance Management Process
  7. Assist in coordinating the recruitment process on ERF; screening; contacting short listed candidates, pre-interview arrangement, etc.;
  8. Assist in staff welfare activities, team building activities and develop staff incentive schemes whenever is required;
  9. Assist in sourcing for quotations and coordinating company functions & events;
  10. Assist in coordinating training programs and sourcing training provider for employees development needs including assessment of training outcome matters;
  11. Assist in application and renewal processing of Employment Pass, Social Pass, Work Permit and coordinates with the local MOM to ensure compliance in legislations;
  12. Assist in periodical research on internal and external compensation comparisons;
  13. Filing and updating personnel files;
  14. Assist in any other general Human Resource activities which may arise from time to time.

Requirements:

  1. Singaporean or PR only
  2. GCE 'O' Level / Diploma holder
  3. At least 2 years of HR experience
  4. Conversant in HR practices & legislations
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
  6. Pleasant personality with well spoken and written English
  7. A team player with excellent analytical, interpersonal & communication skills
  8. Able to multi-task and proactive in all aspects of HR services
