Operation Director
Job Descriptions and Responsibilities
Monitoring the effectiveness of existing operational processes and systems to improve performance and minimize cost.
Providing specific support for new business projects including working with Business Development resources to identify appropriate operating models and validate key financials.
Implementing these models by:
Negotiating agreements with 3rd party service providers, vendors and insurance partners.
Developing internal, company owned components where appropriate
Demonstrating excellent project management skills.
Working with business/insurance partners to understand their business needs, manage the key relationships and ensure our client's interests are protected.
Providing employee performance management, communication, work assignment and prioritization.
Qualifications
The Operations Director will have very good English and Thai skills
The ability to manage vendors or suppliers and a minimum of 5 years experience in insurance operations with some part of that managing or supervising an operational unit and call center. In addition, the Operations Director will have a strategic understanding of contact centers, proven project management ability and experience of developing performance measures, analyzing performance and recommending improvements.
