• Lead negotiation with key suppliers to ensure optimal value
  
• Responsible for contractual agreements and price negotiation for Medium to large volumes
  
• Ability to work with cross functional teams including Project, R&D, engineering to support in areas of NPI and deliverables
  
• Close cooperation with Corporate and Business Units in the deployment of strategic purchasing strategies
  
• Developing/enhancing/leveraging strategic and key supplier relationships
  
• Manage suppliers via periodic business review process with strategic suppliers
  
• Development and execution of commodity, procurement strategies

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering / supply chain with strong commodities knowledge (Mechanical – plastic / EMS) preferably
  
• Minimum 5 to 7 years in commodity management / purchasing role in a manufacturing environment
  
• Must have excellent negotiation skill and proven track records on negotiation
  
• Must be team player with proven influencing and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across functions
  
• Good interpersonal and communication skill with ability to interact with different levels of people
  
• Able to write and speak English
  
• Must be able to travel within Asia and Europe region
