Counter Manager/ Senior Beauty Artists
- Benefit Cosmetics, the cool and fun brand from San Francisco is looking for Counter Managers and Senior Beauty Artists.
- Are you upbeat, talented and confident? Have you ever dreamed about selling Benefit products? Do you have retail experience?
- If you answered ‘heck, yeah!’ or ‘can-do!’ and you have a passion for makeup, we’d love to meet you! We are now looking to recruit fun-loving individuals to fill the position of:
- Counter Manager/ Senior Beauty Artists
- - Age above 25 years old
- - Bilingual
- - Great personality, energy & enthusiasm
- - Loves selling cosmetics and have excellent customer service skills with a sense of humor and beauty-know-how
- - Able to work shift hours
- - Able to work in a team
- - Proven sales record and make-up experience would be an added advantage but not critical, as training will be provided
- - Able to manage a team of 5-8 Beauty Artists
- - Able to motivate a team to achieve sales targets
- Once successful, you will enjoy an attractive remuneration package comprising of a basic salary, sales commission, AWS, product allowance and other benefits.
