Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and confidential secretarial support to the CEO with minimum supervision
- Plan and organize all operational meetings. Prepare agenda and minutes of meeting.
- Able to multitask and uses initiative to complete work independently.
- Maintains good and professional working relationship with all levels of management, staff and clients.
- Manage all other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Minimum Professional Certificate in Secretary studies
- Minimum 3 years experience in related field.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Mature and pleasant personality
- Excellent organizational skills and analytical talent, with the ability to act independently and able to work under pressure
- A good team player with a high degree of confidentiality.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
