Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Benefits Administrator you should perform various administrative processes and actions in direct support of employee benefits. Responsible for assigning Employee ID (clock number) to all inbound new hires upon notification from recruiters; begins preparation of hard copy file. Communicates with new hires via email through Webhire sending notification of clock number and benefits enrollment procedures. Ensures proper distribution of Subscriber ID cards to employees and maintains ID number database receives new ID cards from insurance carrier, organizes cards by project and location, makes copies fo cards for benefit files and enters new numbers in database, forwards cards to the project for distribution to employees. Prepares individual clock number memos and provides benefits highlight brochures for distribution to new employees at in processing for all projects. Verifies validity of referral bonuses, tution reimbursements, and all other reimbursements requested through the benefit's office, obtains required signatures for approval and submits to payroll for processing. Communicates with employees via email to inform them of the expiration of their enrollment period as it approaches. Maintains benefits files for all current and terminated employees in hard copy. Required to perform functions fo the benefits administrator in his/her absence. Performs other uman resources duties as assigned. Please take note that the vacany is temporary - only for 2 months.

Profile Minimum 2 years in a general office environment, preferably in Human Resource. Prefer experience with Middle East customs and work regulations. Must have working knowledge of basic computer functions to include a beginning level of MS Excel. Must have outstanding interpersonal skills, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills
