Key Responsibilities: • Maintain and supervise Preventative Maintenance program (CMMS). • Supervise efficient equipment operations. • Supervise, train and direct maintenance staff. • Maintain parts program and inventories. • Assist Blow molding operation (Sipa). Key Activities: • Daily equipment monitoring and record keeping / reporting. • 1.2 Meg generator monitoring and reporting. • Develop mechanics in proper troubleshooting mechanical and electrical techniques. • Schedule mechanics to minimize plant interruptions. • Insure proper operation of all equipment systems. • Schedule and verify proper preventative maintenance for plant equipment, generator and forklift operations. • Order parts and maintain parts inventory program.

Qualifications Required: • Position requires HANDS ON SUPERVISON at all times • Minimum of 5 years hands on experience in a food or bottling plant (FDA regulated). • Bottled water experience a PLUS • Industrial Electrical experience including controls, troubleshooting and installation. • Strong electrical and mechanical trouble shooting abilities. • Effectively troubleshoot via control prints and OEM manuals • Complete understanding of Pneumatics and Hydraulics driven systems. • Strong preventative maintenance background. (CMMS) • Mechanical systems experience • Welding / fabrication • Air compressor experience up to 40 bar • Conveyor systems experience • Lockout / Tagout procedures • Refrigeration experience helpful. • Parts ordering and inventory experience • Blowmolding experience is a + • Siemens experience is a + • Filler / Capper experience • Reverse Osmosis experience is a + . • Ability to multi-task. • Detailed oriented. • Proper use of hand tools • MUST SPEAK and WRITE ENGLISH |
