Responsibilities:

• The post is responsible for India Market and to be based in India.
• Managing the key account customers directly or with distributors/agents.
• Ability to manage and develop distributor sales channel, Key accounts, OEM, agents.
• Market segmentation (distributor / area / business segment/ product portfolio).
• Support distributors in market development, product knowledge and commercial requirements.
• Ability to evaluate market environment in terms of products, pricing, distribution network and to develop new strategies and action plan in the target markets.
• Experience in wastewater treatment plant, pumping station and pulp and paper applications would be valuable.
• Experience in pumps, mixer, aeration and compressor equipment would be an added advantage.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in managing direct sales and distributor sales channels.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively independently; as well as within teams; and with people at various levels and cultures.
• Drive the market, be innovative, committed, energetic and ability to excel under pressure.
• Ability to travel extensively.
• Minimum diploma or bachelor degree in mechanical/electrical engineering.
• Proficiency in English is an added advantage.
