Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, he or she will:

• Be responsible for work place safety of all employees and contractors working in warehouse premises by ensuring strict compliance to EHS policies and procedures
  
• Focal point for daily logistical requirement planning, translate requirement into task and schedule, communicate task requirement to warehouse supervisors and ensure timely completion and delivery
  
• Ensure outsourced services are delivered in a timely manner, meeting quality standards and within budgeted cost.
  
• Performed freight planning and focal point of contact for 3rd Party Logistic and shipping matters

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics or Warehouse Management
  
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience
  
• Possess strong supervisory and leadership skills with extensive warehouse/store management concepts
  
• Forklift license will be an added advantage
  
• Knowledge of SAP preferred
  
• Knowledge of Quality & Safety Standards such as ISO, GDP, cGMP, HACCP, Hazard materials
  
• Familiar with MS office tools
