Call Centre Agents-Singapore
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls through the hotline
- Order processing of all types of orders – telephone orders, fax orders, sales orders
- Accurate and prompt data entry
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ levels including a credit in English and Maths
- Diploma holders preferred
- Minimum 2 years data entry experience in order management or in a call centre
- Experience in a call centre environment or customer service centre
- Minimum call handling of 100 calls per day
- Good telephone etiquette
- Good attendance record
