Responsibilities:

As a staffing subject matter expert, you will lead a team and be looked upon for advice and assistance in developing the most effective and appropriate staffing channels for the successful and timely delivery of human capital for the organization. You will leverage on your functional knowledge to disseminate best practices across the organization and initiate ground-breaking strategies in recruitment and to strengthen NCS' brand and market position.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource or a related discipline
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience with 2 years in recruitment function
  
• Clear sense of the market in which our business operates and an understanding of the competitors, suppliers, customers and regulatory environments
  
• Able to work independently and ensure that resourcing objectives are met in compliance with the company’s competency model
