A prominent Omani Public Company, listed on MSM having Investment activities, requires for immediate appointment a qualified and experienced Financial Controller as part of its succession plans.


Candidtes must posses the following qualifications and experience:-

A Chartered Accountant with minimum 10 years experience in Internal Audit function and 2 years in any industry is also required. Candidates having experience with a holding company is preferred.

The right candidate should possess excellent analytical skills for decision=making activities.

The candidate must also possess excellent English language communication skills.


The position holds the following responsibilities:-

Heads Company's Finance functions.

Responsible for the Company's Corporate Governance and Internal Control Compliance.

Reports directly to the CEO and Board of Directors of the Company.
