Executive Assistant

Summary Description:

Under general supervision of our EVP and GM - Toolbar and Portal Properties and oversees executive office administrative duties in support of EVP, and other senior division staff.

This individual will work in a fast pace, dynamic environment. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Make executive travel arrangements
  • Maintain executive appointment schedules and calendars
  • Arrange executive meetings and conferences
  • Attend management, and other meetings and take minutes, as directed by EVP
  • Coordinate office activities and schedules; develop and recommend office procedures and systems; ensure smooth office operations
  • Coordination of misc. events and meetings
Requirements

Required Skills and Proficiency Levels

  • Equivalent to completion of two years of college-level coursework in business or a field related, and three years of office administrative, supervisory or lead experience in the area of assignment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job as listed above.
  • Experienced with Outlook, PowerPoint, and other office tools a must.
