Responsibilities:

  • Support the Company and its various business units in all legal matters.
  • Draft, review, analyse and advise on legal documents and other related documents.
  • General administration of contracts and ensure compliance to law and company guidelines.
  • Contract Negotiation.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Law or Diploma in Law & Management or equivalent.
  • 3 years of relevant experience in Contract Administration & Negotiation preferred. Fresh graduates who are organised and meticulous may apply.
  • Good knowledge in Contract and Business Law.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Good team-player and able to work independently.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
