  • Understand and perform audit procedures with regards to each internal audit either planned or under special assignments.
  • Prepare necessary paperwork appropriately.
  • Draft internal audit reports.
  • Maintenance, troubleshooting and repair on IT equipments such as PCs, printers and other peripherals
  • To support all software installation for Core Insurance System, Office Application, Security enhancement application and Communication System
  • To manage, configure, monitor and support the Local Area Network and Wide Area Network including the networking equipments

  • Operations and maintenance of a Mini-Hydro Power Station, a Diesel Genset Power Station and a newly installed power supply system from TNB, inclusive of power generation, transmission and distribution to all facilities at RHT mine site.
  • Manage a team of chargemen, electricians, attendants and general workers.
  • To minimize power disruptions in order for smooth operations of all tin processing plants and related facilities at RHT Mine.
  • Ensure that new systems are compatible with existing systems and are able to operate in parallel, while meeting prevailing safety codes, specifications and budgetary limitations.
  • To promote and market a range of existing industrial chemicals to the various industries and to develope new products and new customers so as to maximise product profitability. Candidates must possess a valid driving license as the job requires quite substantial travelling.

  • Assessing and auditing logistic processes.
  • Improving and standardizing logistic operation procedures.
  • Reviewing monthly performance and providing feedback to the management.
  • Performing projects such as shipping rate auction etc.
  • Requirements:

    • LCCI Qualifications.
    • 2 years experience.

    Compensation packages will be negotiated based on competencies and experience.

    • Certificate / Diploma in Logistics, Business Admin or its equivalent
    • Minimum 1 – 2 years experience in the related field
    • Familiar with customs clearance and knowledge in both international & domestic, import & export documentation procedures
    • Computer literate with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Art & Design, Architecture/Urban Studies or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Auto Cad, 3D Studio MAX, Interi CAD.
  • Preferred skill(s): Computer Literated.
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Preferred language(s): Local Dialect
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam.
