  • Prepares and reviews monthly comparative departmental financial reports, including the discussion of issues and trends, including expense and headcount. 
  • Assists in monthly close activities by reviewing departmental statements to ensure the correct classification of expenses.  Works with department heads to determine appropriate accrual balances.
  • Tracks hire request against approved plan hires.
  • Builds monthly forecasts for expenses.
  • Prepares annual financial plan, with supporting detail and analysis, provides plan restatements as required, and loads plan into system.

    2. Maintaining Advances Accounts & Debtors sub-ledger accounts.
    3. Tallying cash account with cash booking at the end of each month.
    4. Monthly reconciliation of credit card accounts.

    • Graduate in Engineering. MBA will be an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in SME Account Management.
    • Should have Proven experience with Cisco Data/Voice products with a focus on the development of opportunities on UC solutions.
    • Should have experience in infrastructure and communication solution sales.
    • Must work with customers to identify all the facets associated around Cisco Unified Communication requirements, identification of leveraging existing infrastructure investments to provide a solid foundation to move towards a UC solution.
    • Strong understanding of the Mumbai and Pune Market.
  • Graduate of a four year business course in Accountancy. CPA is a must.
  • At least six years experience in General Accounting, Financial planning and payroll processing, two years of which in a supervisory capacity
  • Must have extensive financial and accounting managment skills and thorough knowledge on government standards, policies and procedures
  • High level of numeracy, accuracy and attention to details and process orientation are essential
  • Good communication skills and ability to detail effectively with external agencies
  • Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
  • -Preparing annual Canadian corporate income tax returns.
    -Preparing and reviewing month end tax provisions (including timely preparation of monthly tax entries).
    -Assisting with year end tax reporting for financial statement purposes
    -Reconciling tax accounts on a monthly basis
    -Assisting with remittance of Monthly withholding tax and filing of annual tax return for withholdings
    -Ensuring follow-up on notices of assessments and other tax correspondence as well as accounting for these
    -Compilation of information requested by auditors (internal, external, and government)
    -Updating income and capital tax installment calculations as well as reviewing and reconciling payments to statements of accounts on a monthly basis
    -Performing quarterly SOX testing
    -Assistance with quarter end reporting relating to tax accounts
    -Assistance with annual tax package for Reporting to Head Office
    -Assisting with various aspects of transfer pricing documentation
    -Responding to ad-hoc queries from other members of the Tax Office (both locally and internationally)

    Position Supervisor Reports To Assistant Manager / Manager (Audit) Reports In Assistant / Auditor Position Overview Undertaking external Audits for clients, working in the Audit team executing the audit test designed by the “in-charge auditor”, supporting managers in the execution of their work plans and guiding the lower grade auditors. Main Responsibilities Audit o Attend client audit’s leading a small team, checking and reconciling financial information to ensure it is accurate and a true. o Ensuring that the audit documentation, prepared by the team, is kept in order and can be easily understood by others. o Overseeing the production of audit work papers and documentation for checking and approval by superiors. o Reviewing complex financial data ensuring its integrity stands up to scrutiny. o Assisting in the production of audit reports. o Ensuring the firm is compliant with risk management procedures. o Responsible for delivering a complete audit as per KPMG audit requirements.   • Manage and monitor corporate and statutory reporting, supervise month-end and year-end closing.
  • Lead and supervise finance & controlling team to ensure smooth running of the finance & controlling operations areas.
  • Liaise with tax advisors, auditors, bankers and corporate secretary.
  • Establish internal compliance on accounting policies and guidelines.
  • Degree in Engineering / supply chain with strong commodities knowledge (Mechanical – plastic / EMS) preferably
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years in commodity management / purchasing role in a manufacturing environment
  • Must have excellent negotiation skill and proven track records on negotiation
  • Must be team player with proven influencing and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across functions
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill with ability to interact with different levels of people
  • Able to write and speak English
  • Must be able to travel within Asia and Europe region
