  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • Seven years of related business unit leadership in hosting and managed services or outsourced data center solutions. 
  • Five years of high stakes contracting/negotiating.
  • Five years of sales leadership.
  • Five years of responsibility for management of critical IT systems.
Strong decision making ability and attention to detail. Excellent calendar management skills, including coordination of complex executive meetings. Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. A self-starter and proactive, with the ability to manage time effectively. Physically fit, able to travel world wide and work overtime when required, flexible attitude, be a team player. Expert level English written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of Arabic will be of distinctive advantage.
- A graduate of Legal Secretarial Program or General Administrative Program

The Administrative Clerk is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient administrative operations. Types agendas for meetings Transcribes formats, inputs, edits, retrieves, copies and transmits correspondence, documents, data and graphics Word processes all manuscripts, letters, documents and proposals Records, date stamps and distributes all incoming mail Processes outgoing mail Compiles and maintain an up to date telephone directory of numbers and addresses Files all correspondence Ensures the Administrative Offices, Reception Area and Council Chambers are kept organized Answer phones in a courteous manners Direct calls and respond to inquiries Provides information of as general nature.
Minimum 2 years in a general office environment, preferably in Human Resource. Prefer experience with Middle East customs and work regulations. Must have working knowledge of basic computer functions to include a beginning level of MS Excel. Must have outstanding interpersonal skills, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Minimum Professional Certificate in Secretary studies
  • Minimum 3 years experience in related field.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Excellent organizational skills and analytical talent, with the ability to act independently and able to work under pressure
  • A good team player with a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
• Planning and organizing day-to-day operations in the plant;
• Monitoring the work of assigned staff;
• Coordinating and delegating responsibilities of lead hands;
• Evaluating and recommending changes to manufacturing methods and procedures;
• Liaising with other groups within the organization;
• Estimating personnel needs, scheduling, and assigning work;
• Conducting performance evaluations;
• Ensuring employees are informed and abide by safety rules and regulations, job requirements, proper procedures and handling methods;
• Ensuring production complies with all applicable procedures, regulations and codes.
