We are currently looking for suitable candidates for our Home Centre Concept with below-mentioned professional attributes, qualification and experience.

Preferably SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree holders with at least 1 year's related working experience in the customer service industry or in a call centre;
Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia while the ability to speak other languages will be an added advantage;
Flexible and possess ability to work in a rapidly changing environment;
Self-motivated and self-disciplined with a pleasant disposition;
Willing to work on rotating and staggered shift hours.

Male/Female, age minimum 35 years old
Minimum S1 Degree from Mechanical / Civil / Electro Engineering or Architect / Management / Finance / Accounting (MBA is preferable)
Minimum 5 years experiences as a General Manager / Operation Manager in Retail Management within a shopping Mall
Has strong leadership abilities, mature, and able to work under pressure
Fluent in English both oral and written
Willing to be located in the South Sumatera region

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ levels including a credit in English and Maths
• Diploma holders preferred
• Minimum 2 years data entry experience in order management or in a call centre
• Experience in a call centre environment or customer service centre
• Minimum call handling of 100 calls per day
• Good telephone etiquette
• Good attendance record
