- Degree / Diploma holder in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years relevant experience of working on tunnel projects

•To ensure the effective purchase the materials, spare parts needed for the site, in accordance with requirements and instruction given by the originators of orders and approvals granted by the site management.
•To ensure the required number of quotations (minimum of 3) has been obtained form the agreed / approved suppliers, as per company policy and procedures
