We are currently looking for a Human Resource Director to come on board and oversee all HR aspects within the retail business. This is not a typical HRD role; the candidate will ideally come from an operational role within a large blue chip retailer with an in-depth understanding of HR processes and principles. Your remit will consist of: - To take full ownership and accountability for the management of the regional HR function.

1. Partners with employees and management to communicate various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations.
2. Conducts exit interviews and analyzes data and makes recommendations to the HR Manager for corrective action and continuous improvement.
3. Responds to employee relations issues.
