1. Partners with employees and management to communicate various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations.
2. Conducts exit interviews and analyzes data and makes recommendations to the HR Manager for corrective action and continuous improvement.
3. Responds to employee relations issues.
4. Facilitates and/or provides training (including orientation) to the workforce.
5. Reviews applications and interviews applicants to match experience with specific job related requirements.
The role is to support the SAP HR systems and new implementation in the client organization. The role will not be limited to delivering functional/technical expertise. A minimum of 2+ Full Life Cycle Implementations with Implementation experience of SAP ECC 6.0 HR (Time Management, Payroll, and Compensation Management, Training & Event management). Expertise on areas such as SAP MSS, ESS, E - Recruitment, CRM, Solution Manager, BW is a must. Requirement gathering, functional specs creation Is able to lead teams with integrated components. Manages medium to large components of engagements. Ensures completeness of integrated testing Reviews and validates analysis and develops recommendations in context of total engagement. Articulates industry-specific business processes.
Responsible for the sourcing, recruiting, screening, and interviewing of our future store managers by placing them into department manager positions. Also assisting with new store orientations and employee relations issues for a specific group of stores as well as assisting the Corporate Human Resource team in identifying and resolving work place issues.
  1. Assist in consolidating and tracking all employees’ attendance record and weekly & monthly review with HRM;
  2. Assist in updating all leave records to ensure proper documentation;
  3. Assist in handing over procedures for new and resigned employees;
  4. Coordinate with appointed insurance agent in regard to employees' travel insurance; dental and medical insurance claims; updating of confirmed and resigned employees to the insurance policies;
  5. Assist in preparing documentation for new employees' orientation; Introduction of new recruit to colleagues whenever it is required;
  6. Assist in coordinating the timeline and consolidation of Performance Management Process
  7. Assist in coordinating the recruitment process on ERF; screening; contacting short listed candidates, pre-interview arrangement, etc.;
  • A Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with preferably two years of recruitment experience

To assist the Quality Manager in monitoring the quality assurance and quality control activities.

. University degree in human resources, business, social sciences or related fields.

. Ten plus years of previous human resources experience and success in providing recruitment services to business areas within a complex, high growth, multi-divisional organization.

. Proven skills in leading individuals and teams.

. A track record of successfully developing, implementing, communicating, and effectively leading / influencing organizational change in a large complex corporate organization.
