(a) a recognised degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline;
(b) at least five years of post-degree working experience in application development;
(c) substantial experience in developing and implementing web and online applications using JavaScript, jQuery, Blackboard Widget, PHP, Perl, MySQL, etc., and solid working experience in system integration with Blackboard, and emerging Web 2.0 technologies in academic libraries;
(d) significant experience in the design, development and management of complex websites; knowledge of trends in digital libraries and higher education;
(e) a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;

Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
CRSP or CHSC designation preferred
Experience implementing and working within an ISO certified system
