The SENIOR ESTIMATOR will be responsible in tendering, estimating and negotiating in multi discipline design and interior fit out projects.

A reputable interior design and fit out company in Dubai urgently needs a PROJECTS MANAGER.
The Project Manager will be as well the representative of the Interior Fit Out company to its clients and to their projects. Will also be responsible in managing and directing a fit out team. Will be liaising, coordinating, reviewing construction programs and will be negotiating with clients etc.

The Sales Manager will be responsible in design build and interior fit out selling. Will be responsible in further developing the company's horizon. Will be setting goals and establish training programs for sales executives. Will be responsible in motivating its team in their sales performance, goal achievement and expected quotas. Will as well be resppnjsible in developing business plan and sales trategies for the market. Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets. ssists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed. Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance etc.

.Ideally having prior experience of at least 2 complete GP Project implementation.

• Timely and efficient pick up and delivery of materials from/ to specific locations
• Be present at the vehicle during the time of loading of materials
• Review the accuracy of materials loaded and verify details as per the delivery order
• Obtain signature of the dispatching employee once the materials have been loaded as per delivery order
• Physically load and offload materials, as per work requirements
• Drive safely and responsibly at all times
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicle by daily cleaning
• Comply with driving/traffic and parking rules and regulations
• Report any repairs and replacements
• Service vehicle with fuel, oil and other needs: checks fluid levels, replaces bulbs and filters, etc. and check tyre pressure
• Wear seat belt at all times
• Carry the vehicle insurance/ registration card at all times whilst driving company vehicle
• Ensure that vehicle is secured from loss or damage at all times
