1. Recording receipts, sales transactions & monthly petrol bills
2. Maintaining Advances Accounts & Debtors sub-ledger accounts.
3. Tallying cash account with cash booking at the end of each month.
4. Monthly reconciliation of credit card accounts.
5. Controlling the serial order of car sales invoices.

1. Partners with employees and management to communicate various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations.
2. Conducts exit interviews and analyzes data and makes recommendations to the HR Manager for corrective action and continuous improvement.
3. Responds to employee relations issues.
4. Facilitates and/or provides training (including orientation) to the workforce.
5. Reviews applications and interviews applicants to match experience with specific job related requirements.

Physically fit, able to travel world wide and work overtime when required, flexible attitude, be a team player. Expert level English written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of Arabic will be of distinctive advantage.

• Graduate in Engineering. MBA will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in SME Account Management.
• Should have Proven experience with Cisco Data/Voice products with a focus on the development of opportunities on UC solutions.
• Should have experience in infrastructure and communication solution sales.
• Must work with customers to identify all the facets associated around Cisco Unified Communication requirements, identification of leveraging existing infrastructure investments to provide a solid foundation to move towards a UC solution.
• Strong understanding of the Mumbai and Pune Market.

This position reports to Helpdesk Team leader. He/she will have the responsibility of Incident logging, providing telephonic support, Incident tracking, updating as well as reporting of End users’ Desktop/peripherals/applications support requests through telephone along with Service desk and Systems management tools. The responsibility also involves the call escalation to next level support and follow-up till the problem is resolved.

1. Should be from the UAE market, preferably Dubai. 2. Should have a valid UAE driving License. 3. Must have at least 3+ Yrs of direct selling experience in IT of which at least 1 year should in UAE. 4. Must be smart and presentable. 5. Should be able to get a NOC from the current employer. 6. Graduate in any discipline, science graduates , Engineers & MBA are preferable.

Should be a Diploma Engineer in the Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering having worked as Plant Engineer / Machine Shop in Charge.
Should be good at reading Engineering Drawings & familiar with Machining Tolerances, deviations & fabrication work.
Should be able to work out independently BILL of material, estimated Labour hours for the jobs – both for Machine Shop & Fabrication Shop.

Should possess valid U.A.E Driving License & should have driven a 3 TON Pick-UP in DUBAI / SHARJAH Emirates.
Should have Valid UAE License for Light Vehicles.
To be strictly Non – Drinking & Tea-Totler.
Should be able to speak working level of English.
