Previous experience in customer care, sales, outbound sales, and/or retention are definite advantages

•Responsible for selling healthcare plans to employees of corporate accounts
•Telephone servicing a key portfolio of accounts
•Ensuring sales targets are achieved for existing accounts and encourage further sales within
•Building strong relationships with key contacts within accounts
•Liaising with Field Sales Consultants

•Describe the product benefits and any special offers.
•Persuade customers to accept a trial period or a visit from office consultants.
•Gather and document information about the customer.
•Enter your notes into a computer, including dates for follow up calls.

• Phone Mobile repair and support
• Qualified of 3 levels
• Minimum Experience of 3 years
• Experience in Nokia, Blackberry .3 iPhone
• Diploma in electronics or similar courses from recognized institute
• English Fluency is a must

•Service, Diagnostic and Level 2 Repair of mobile phones in a retail environment
•Monitor, requisite and maintain inventory quantity for spare parts
•Handle walk-in customers
